Why we put ourselves at #1 — and what we will not pretend
We will not pretend we are the biggest. Fractal Analytics has more headcount than our entire alumni network. TCS has more AI engineers in one Bangalore building than we have employees. If you need a 200-person team to staff a five-year transformation programme for a Fortune 100 bank, we are not your partner — we will say that on the discovery call and recommend one of the names below.
What we will claim is this: nobody else on this list owns and operates 40+ AI brands in production. That changes the engagement. When you hire us, the engineers who built Crawlcrawl sit on your code. The strategists who launched Aeoniti review your evals. The team that runs 24Observe writes your observability stack. You are not getting consultants who learn AI on your contract. You are getting the senior bench that runs our own production systems, billing you to do the same thing on yours.
We are headquartered at L-149, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Same building, same hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST), same phone number that picks up if you call: +91-9611027980. There is no offshore handoff. The discovery call is with a senior engineer on day one, not an SDR.
What we ship — and what we refuse to ship
We do six things. We do them in your repository, on your stack, with your tooling. We do not do "let us migrate you to our platform first." If your stack is TypeScript + Postgres + Cloudflare, we are at home. If it is Python + Snowflake + AWS, also at home. If it is .NET on Azure with a SharePoint frontend, we will be honest about whether that is a fit before you sign anything.
AI Software Development is our primary surface. Agents that triage tickets. RAG pipelines that answer questions against your contract library. Copilots embedded in your existing app. Eval harnesses that catch regressions before they reach production. We have shipped a ticket-triage agent at 86% precision on a 4M-customer bank in 5 weeks. We have shipped a legal-RAG copilot at 91% precision and 1.8s p95 latency in 7 weeks. Numbers above are real; logos available under NDA on the call.
The rest of our lineup compounds with the AI work. Custom Software Development for the application around the model. AEO and SEO for the discovery surface. Social Media and Performance Marketing for the demand. If you only need the model, that is fine. If you want the same senior team to ship the model and the funnel that brings traffic to it, we can do that too. Most of our portfolio brands were built that way — model and growth engine, one team.
What we refuse: we will not build a generic chatbot that answers FAQs from a knowledge base when an evaluation shows the existing search bar already does it. We will not do "AI strategy" decks without a working artifact at the end. We will not staff with juniors learning on your engagement. We will not sign an exclusivity clause.
How we price — the part most companies in this list will not put on a public page
Audit, $24,000 fixed, 2 weeks. You get a costed roadmap your board can sign off on. We over-scope discovery on purpose. If you cancel after the audit, the work is yours — code, briefs, eval sets, all of it.
Sprint, $48,000 and up, 4 to 12 weeks fixed. Working software in your repo by week one. Shipped by the SOW date. 50% on signature, 50% on demo. If we miss the success bar in the SOW, the next change order is on us, not on you. Two sprints in the last 24 months came in late; both were refunded pro-rata. We say that on every contract.
Retainer, $11,000/month and up, 30-day cancellation. Embedded engineering, AEO, SEO, social, or performance — ongoing. No auto-renewal. No retainer you cannot cancel.
These are not menu prices designed to anchor you high before negotiation. They are the actual numbers that show up on the SOW we send three days after the discovery call. Compare that to most names below — getting a real number from them takes three meetings, a procurement intake form, and a master service agreement before you see a quote.
The founder — and why that matters for AI work
Ollasoftware was founded by Vikas Swami, dual CCIE #22239 (Routing & Switching, Security). He cleared both labs within 90 days in 2008–09 — among very few engineers worldwide to do so. His career started on Cisco's TAC VPN team in 2004, debugging VPN failures for carriers and Fortune 500 enterprises at three in the morning. Wipro, HP, and Mobily followed. He founded Networkers Home in 2007, which has since placed 45,000+ alumni across 800+ hiring partners at salary bands of ₹6–60 LPA. The institute holds a 4.7-star Google rating across 1,173 reviews.
The portfolio he operates is unusual. Twenty-two-plus ventures across five categories: seven VPN ventures including QuickZTNA, QuickSDWAN, 21Tunnel, StandVPN, and MeshWG; six post-quantum cryptography and blockchain ventures including QSecNiti and QSecNetwork; AI and SaaS products including Crawlcrawl, 24Observe (MIT-licensed open-source observability), Aeoniti, Quick21, and 21Bill, which has invoiced ₹500+ crore for 20M+ users; India-stack initiatives including MailSetu, NamahOS, and a DNS anycast network in build.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production Engineering and Industrial Management) and an Executive Program in Innovation from the National University of Singapore. He maintains no personal social media — no LinkedIn, no X, no Instagram. The Networkers Home YouTube channel has 171K subscribers; that is the only public surface. As he has put it: *"Not the two CCIE labs… it is the alumni network — over 45,000 engineers placed… many from small towns in India who had no other path."*
Why this matters for AI work specifically: AI software is shipped by engineers who have shipped infrastructure software for a decade and now ship language models on top. It is not a category that benefits from MBAs running playbooks. The same engineering discipline that produces a CCIE-grade VPN is what produces an AI agent that does not fall over at 86% precision. That bench exists at Ollasoftware. The discovery call will tell you whether your problem fits.

40+ brands in production — the only proof that counts in AI
Most AI companies show logos. We show working products. Crawlcrawl is a multi-tenant web-crawling and scraping API serving production customers. Aeoniti is an AI search observability platform with a Rust backend and a live dashboard. Quick21 is a multi-tenant AI chat product with Firebase auth and a customer-facing dashboard. 24Observe is an MIT-licensed open-source observability platform. Switchllm, Ollima, Super25.ai, Ollagraph, OllaDNS, Browserfog, Memfog, NAC4AI — every one of them is built, hardened, deployed, and operating.
This matters because AI engineering rewards reps. Every brand we operate is a reputation-staking deployment we cannot walk away from. We have shipped retrieval pipelines under load. We have rotated keys under compromise. We have rolled back bad model versions at 4am. The eval discipline, the observability defaults, the rollback playbook — these come from running production systems where we are the customer support email. When we apply that same playbook to your engagement, you are getting twenty-two ventures' worth of mistakes already made, on our money not yours.
The closest comparison on this list is Sahaj Software, which similarly insists on senior-only bench and ships into client repositories. We respect what they do; on certain enterprise sprints, Sahaj is a defensible alternative to us and we will say so on the call. The rest of the names below operate at a different scale or with a different philosophy — neither inferior, just different.
How to decide if we are the right fit — in two questions
Question one: do you want a senior engineer in your repository within 14 days of intro, or do you want a procurement process that produces a partnership announcement before any code ships? If the second, the large names on this list are built for that and run it well. If the first, start a 30-minute call — no SDR, no qualification form, just a senior engineer who would actually work on your engagement.
Question two: do you want fixed scope and fixed price written down before week one, or do you want a time-and-materials retainer that can flex as discovery uncovers complexity? If the second, the consultancy names below are built for that mode. If the first, our audit-then-sprint shape is the cheapest path to a defensible AI feature in production.
If both answers point to us, contact [email protected] or call +91-9611027980 during HSR Layout hours. We will return within four business hours during the IST business day. The first conversation is short, technical, and free.
