Why we are at #1 — and the social we actually run
Social media in 2026 is not one market. It is four. There is founder-led B2B social — the LinkedIn and X work that builds personal authority for software-company founders and converts to enterprise pipeline. There is brand social — the Instagram and YouTube work that builds awareness and affinity for consumer brands. There is creator-economy work — partnerships, sponsorships, podcast guest tours. There is community work — Discord, Slack, customer-led advocacy. Few agencies do all four well. Most pretend to.
We do founder-led B2B social as our primary surface. It is what most of our clients want; it is the motion our own portfolio (Aeoniti, Crawlcrawl, Quick21, Switchllm) requires; it is where senior strategist + senior editor + senior video editor is the right team shape. We run the other three modes when the engagement calls for it, but we are honest about which agencies on this list run them better.
Headquartered at HSR Layout, Bengaluru — L-149, Sector 6. Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST. +91-9611027980. The discovery call is with a senior strategist who would actually run the account, not an SDR working through a qualification form.
What we ship for social — six concrete deliverables
One: founder positioning and content strategy. We work with the founder to define the editorial position, the cadence, the source material, and the format mix. This is the upstream work that determines whether everything that follows lands or noises out.
Two: weekly LinkedIn and X cadence. Posts written in the founder voice, edited by our senior editorial team, reviewed by the founder, scheduled. Volume calibrated to platform: typically 3 to 5 LinkedIn posts per week, 7 to 14 X posts, with deeper longform pieces monthly.
Three: short-form video. Four short-form pieces per week is our default — clipped from existing podcasts, customer calls (with permission), webinar recordings, or original founder-camera work. Edited in-house by our senior video bench.
Four: long-form anchoring. A monthly podcast guest tour, an analyst briefing series, an essay drop. The anchors that make the daily cadence work — daily volume is only effective when there is monthly depth to draw from.
Five: DM ops. Pipeline contribution from social happens in DMs, not in feeds. We run DM operations — qualifying inbound interest, routing to the founder when warranted, capturing conversational intelligence for the editorial team.
Six: monthly read-out on business outcomes. Impressions and follower count are reported; inbound enterprise conversations, demo requests, and closed-won attribution are reported alongside. The number that matters is the number on your pipeline dashboard.
Performance marketing and AI software compound with this. We can run the paid amplification on the organic content; we can ship a copilot or agent that uses the conversational intelligence we gather.
Pricing — written down, not hidden behind discovery
Audit: $24,000 fixed, 2 weeks. We audit your current social presence, your founder's existing reach, your competitor footprint, and the platforms that matter for your category. The output is a 90-day plan and a costed roadmap.
Sprint: $48,000 and up, 4 to 12 weeks. Strategy plus content sprint plus initial DM-ops infrastructure. SOW commits to measurable outcomes — typically inbound enterprise conversations per month and pipeline contribution.
Retainer: $11,000/month and up, 30-day cancellation. Ongoing content production across LinkedIn, X, short-form video, podcast clipping, plus DM ops, plus monthly read-out. The cancellation is real.
Most social agencies will not give you a number before discovery. We send the SOW within 3 business days of the call.
The founder — why his story matters for social work
Vikas Swami runs no personal social media. No LinkedIn. No X. No Instagram. This is not oversight — it is deliberate. As he has stated: *"No social media… The time saved is invested in shipping."* And: *"Not the two CCIE labs… it is the alumni network — over 45,000 engineers placed… many from small towns in India who had no other path."*
That posture has practical consequences for how we run social. We are not selling clients a playbook we refuse to run on ourselves — we are selling a *service* the founder explicitly delegates to professionals because the founder's time is allocated to engineering and operating ventures. The work we do for clients is the same work we would do for ourselves if we ran social: senior editorial team, founder voice, real DM ops, business-outcome reporting.
Vikas's public credentials: dual CCIE #22239 (Routing & Switching, Security), cleared both within 90 days in 2008–09. Cisco TAC VPN team (2004), Wipro, HP, Mobily. Founded Networkers Home in 2007 — 45,000+ alumni placed, 800+ hiring partners, ₹6–60 LPA, 4.7-star Google over 1,173 reviews, 171K subscribers on the institute's YouTube channel (which is the only public surface he runs). Twenty-two-plus ventures including the AI/SaaS portfolio (Crawlcrawl, Aeoniti, Quick21, 24Observe, 21Bill — ₹500+ crore invoiced for 20M+ users).
The Networkers Home YouTube channel — 171K subscribers, accumulated over years — is its own proof point. It is how we know what works on long-form video for a technical Indian audience. We run similar editorial discipline on client channels.

40+ brands and the social discipline we apply
The brand portfolio includes Aeoniti (B2B AI search observability — LinkedIn-heavy social motion), Crawlcrawl (developer-tools API — X and Hacker News surface), Quick21 (multi-tenant AI chat — mixed founder-led and product social), 24Observe (MIT-licensed open-source — community and Discord-led). Different motions, different platforms, different editorial registers. Running social across our own portfolio is how we learned which playbook applies where.
That experience tells us when to refuse work. We do not run B2C influencer campaigns at scale — Schbang and Chimp&z do that better. We do not run TikTok-first creator strategies for fashion brands — Social Beat and Hashtag Orange are stronger there. We do not run South Asian market launches in Hindi-Belt regional languages with the same depth as agencies headquartered for that work. We will say so on the discovery call.
The closest comparison on this list for the B2B founder-led mode is no single agency — that work is dominated by US shops (Animalz for content, Refine Labs for B2B) with limited India presence. India's major social agencies focus B2C and brand work first.
How to decide if we are the right fit
Pick us if you are a B2B founder, ideally in software or AI, who wants senior editorial running founder-led social with real DM ops and business-outcome reporting. Book a 30-minute discovery call — senior strategist, not SDR.
Pick Schbang, Chimp&z, or FoxyMoron-Zoo if your work is B2C brand social at scale across India, with award-circuit creative ambition and platform integrations the holding-company agencies can deliver.
Pick Social Beat, BC Web Wise, or Hashtag Orange if your work is India regional-language B2C with deep local cultural literacy and creator-economy fluency.
Pick Tonic Worldwide or White Rivers Media if you want strong independent agencies between holding-company scale and boutique cost.
We are honest about where we are not the right team. The list below names where we are not.
